These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering aesthetic and medical skin procedures with Eden Park Medical.
CONSULTATIONS & BOOKINGS
Consultation are free.
Consultations include an in depth assessment of your medical history. Eden Park Medical will not be liable for damages incurred as a result of withheld information or failure to follow aftercare.
Bookings can be made via Fresha or direct messaging. Please refrain from alcohol consumption 48hrs prior to, and after treatment
PRICING
Eden Park Medical reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s requirements.
Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.
TREATMENT PRICES INCLUDE (AS APPLICABLE)

The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by Eden Park Medical.
Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure.
Additional prescriptions for pharmacy related medication.
PAYMENT TERMS
I accept cash and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. I do not accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the treatment. All card details are stored securely off-site using Fresha in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.
PERSONAL DETAILS
You agree that Eden Park Medical can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you.
This information may be provided to other clinical organisations and individuals for the same purposes but only in connection with ongoing medical care.
We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell me. If you do not tell me, I will assume you are happy to receive this information.
REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS
There are several reasons that I may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Eden Park Medical has a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that I advise, in your best medical interests, that a treatment is not appropriate. I will also not proceed with a procedure if I feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such treatments.
Please note that I do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to complete a course of treatment due to medical reasons I would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 6 months from the purchase date.
For any refunds there will be an admin fee of £20.
Eden Park Medical does not give refunds for any products purchased or discounted packages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I do understand if patients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give me as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. I reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than the policy. The cancellation policy is as follows:
For all appointments I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of £20.
For patients on a course of treatment who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time I reserve the right to deduct a course session from the patient.
